We ONLY sell and ship our products to residents of the United States of America. We comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. If your order is found to be in violation of any laws or any of the restrictions set forth below it will be cancelled and your payment method will be refunded less 3% to cover the credit card processing cost.
Please see the sections below to find more information on state and local restrictions, as well as Family Firearms and Finishes policies.
Section 1: How to buy firearms?
You must have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to have a firearm shipped to you or you must have a local dealer transfer the firearm to you. A signed copy of the FFL must be on file before an order can be placed. It is also required that we have a copy of any local or state licenses required by your state of residence for a firearm purchase. First email a signed copy of the FFL and any local or state licenses to [email protected]. Please reference you order number when sending an email.
If you would like to purchase a firearm face to face you must be an Ohio state resident, be able to pass a federal background check, and be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun and 18 years of age to purchase a rifle. Contact us for more information.
Section 2: What is a Dealer Transfer?
A dealer transfer takes place when a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer transfers a firearm to a non-FFL holder or consumer. If you are a consumer desiring to purchase a firearm from us, you must first locate a dealer in your area who is willing to order/transfer the firearm to you. All fees for the transfer must be negotiated by you with the transferring dealer. You must have permission from the dealer before placing an order to be shipped to the FFL dealer for transfer of the firearm(s). All firearms ordered for dealer transfer must be shipped to the dealer's licensed premise address.
Section 3 How do I know if I am complying with my Local and State laws?
This is a very good question. YOU must know that your purchase will not violate any of your local or state laws. Contact your State Attorney General's Office, check their website, get in touch with your local Department of Law Enforcement, etc. Remember, ignorance is not an excuse.
