This firearm is one of a kind. The pictures are of the actual revolver you will receive.
This is a rare WWII dated 1944 Tula, It has a large hammer inside star arsenal marking. This marking was only used for 1 year at Tula. These revolvers feature an unusual gas seal design with cylinder moving forward when shooting. Because of this feature the cylinder does not swing out to clear spent casings. A “push rod” mounted under the frame to remove the casings. The cylinder is removable for cleaning and maintenance.
This revolver is in very good to excellent rearsenaled condition. The frame, cylinder and trigger guard have matching numbers. All parts that are marked, have Tula proof stamps on them as well. The bore has good rifling but it is frosted. Revolver comes with original holster and cleaning rod.
