This military surplus Chinese Type 56 SKS rifle was made at the Jianshe Arsenal Factory 26 in 1965 (during the Vietnam War era). The group of rifles this SKS came from was stored in Albania for over 20 and were imported several years ago.

This rifle has what looks like a replacement stock and maybe the original hand guard. The bore on this gun is in excellent condition. There are no cracks or splits in the stock. It was wiped down and disassembled to check parts and look for matching serial numbers. The dust cover does not match the rest of the gun. The inside of the rifle comes with an abundant supply of free cosmoline! It also comes with a buttstock cleaning kit and Chinese oiler.

This firearm must be cleaned and inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing. The firearm listed is sold as is, without warranty expressed or implied. Family Firearms is not liable for any injuries resulting from use.
